Northampton's search for a new manager is ongoing following the sacking of Kevin Nolan on 9 March. Technical director Colin Calderwood, who guided the team to promotion from League Two as manager 20 years ago, has been in interim charge since then but they are on a run of eight successive defeats in all competitions and have only won once in the last 22 matches.
The club hope to appoint Nolan's full-time successor as soon as possible after the end of the season. Calderwood will stay in charge for their four remaining games - Doncaster Rovers (18 April, home), Cardiff City (25 April, away), Barnsley (28 April, home) and Plymouth Argyle (2 May, home).
Goals this season: 39 scored, 74 conceded (-35 goal difference).
Title race: 68 points behind leaders Lincoln.
