Rotherham United have confirmed ticket details for their upcoming Sky Bet League Two away fixture against Northampton Town. The Millers travel to Sixfields Stadium on Saturday, September 19th, 2026, for a 3pm kick-off. Northampton Town currently sit 18th in the table with 3 points from four games, having drawn three and lost one, scoring two goals and conceding three.
Rotherham United have received an initial allocation of 492 tickets for the away end at Sixfields. Sales begin on Wednesday, September 2nd at 10am for 2026/27 Season Ticket Holders. Millers May Day Members and supporters with 1000 or more Loyalty Points can purchase from Friday, September 4th at 10am. General sale starts on Monday, September 7th at 10am. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult, and under-7s go free with a paying adult. The club stated, "We are incredibly proud of the fans who follow us both home and away and without your support, our on-field success simply wouldn’t be achievable."
Northampton Town have allocated eight pairs of wheelchair bay and companion seat tickets. Wheelchair and ambulant disabled tickets can be booked via the Red and White Shop or by calling 01709 827768. The club recommends rows G, H, and I as easily accessible. For blue badge holders, five accessible car parking spaces are available at £5 each in the North car park. The north gravel car park opens from 11am for the 3pm kick-off.
Supporters using the North car park at Sixfields will need to pay £5, with income going directly to Northampton Town Football Club. The club has an operating licence for this area following a negotiated continuation with the Homes and Communities Agency. An alternative is the Duston Mill car park (sat nav NN5 5FP), which is cash only. Coaches can drop off on Borough Road alongside the away end and will be parked on Prenton Road West behind that end before the final whistle.
Flags and banners must be presented to matchday stewards for inspection before entry. Content must not be derogatory, inflammatory, offensive, defamatory, or political. The club reserves the right to confiscate unapproved items. Surfer-style banners designed to be passed over heads are not allowed after kick-off. Flagpoles must be plastic, no bigger than 7mm in diameter and 1000mm in length, with rounded or covered ends. Items larger than 60cm x 100cm require a flame retardant certificate provided in advance. A register of approved banners is kept by the Stadium Manager.
A bar is available inside the stadium in a fenced-off area, and Northampton Town have refreshments for purchase pitch side. Tickets for collection can be picked up from the Red and White Shop before matchday, with uncollected tickets available at a cabin at the away end. Lost or damaged tickets can be replaced at Sixfields via the same shop. The club also reminded fans they are "representing Rotherham United when following the team away from home." Discrimination can be reported via the Kick It Out app or email to the club. The team is six points behind league leaders Bristol Rovers, with the full standings available online.
